Four Hours to Sharpen Your Axe?

My team moves as quickly as possible, but we always take time out for planning. We’ve found this is important for the health of our team, our users, and our organization.

Taking a few hours — or even days — to think about the best way to architect a new feature for reliability, scalability, and UX will pay dividends in the future.
